What Others Say About Our Work Together
STEPHEN C.
LEAD CONTENT DESIGNER
“Heather has been an invaluable support in helping me navigate the complexities of working within a large software organization. She brings both empathy and practicality to every conversation, creating space for reflection while offering grounded, rational advice when it’s most needed.
Through her attentive listening and thoughtful questioning, Heather has helped me manage workplace politics with composure and clarity. She’s encouraged me to set my ego aside, to pause before reacting, and to approach emotionally charged situations with greater perspective and confidence.
Heather’s strength lies in her ability to balance warmth with objectivity. She listens with genuine care, yet always helps me return to what’s within my control. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me grow as a leader and professional in a fast-paced tech environment, and I consistently come away from our conversations feeling more grounded, self-aware, and capable.”
ANNETTE M.
PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL WRITER + CONTENT STRATEGIST
“Heather has been immensely supportive to me through complicated work challenges. As a tech professional, she understands the complexity and pace of our work. And the politics that can, if given air, expand inappropriately. Heather helped me maintain focus on my values of professionalism, ethics, positivity, and the impact I can have through my own actions.
Through gentle listening, validating, and questioning, Heather demonstrates trust and respect while at the same time, reminding me of my own integrity. She's skillful in her communications so I feel I've arrived at a position on my own and feel empowered. In conversations and problem-solving with her, I found confidence in my own instincts and judgment.”

"Heather helped me to continue growing in my career during an extremely challenging period when I was navigating a life-threatening illness, surgery, and long recovery. She guided me in finding ways to stay engaged at work while honoring my health needs. Her support kept my spirits up when things were difficult and kept me moving forward on a sustainable career path. I truly don't know how I would have gotten through that time without her."

This consulting is specific for your situation, and the duration is entirely up to you. That said, many people see the best results working with me for a three-month period. Think of your best one-on-one meetings, whether that was a manager or a seasoned colleague on your team. We’ll keep it to a conversational style, but we can put accountability in place if you’d like.
